The Rider's Compass

The Rider’s Compass: Your Path to Mastery

Two Paths. One Purpose.

At Quaker Pointe, riding is more than technique—it’s transformation. The Rider’s Compass is our signature, 9-tiered curriculum (8 core levels plus a special introductory level for young riders) that guides students through a dual-path learning system. This approach honors both mounted development and ground horsemanship, ensuring mastery begins long before the saddle and continues long after.

Our framework was created by decades of successful riding, training and my background in Franklin Covey Leadership and Child Psychology, focusing on how students learn best to build lasting confidence and practical competence.

The Framework & Features

We are the Foundation Builders. Our goal is to meet you where you are and provide the safest, most comprehensive foundation possible to meet your goals, no matter how ambitious they are.
